Operating record
I advise banks, FIS, and Fiserv from the SolomonEdwards Strategic Advisory Board. The work is tokenization, stablecoins, custody controls, and agentic payments. I am not a principal and not a filer. Software prepares a payment. A named person reviews and releases it before funds move.
The presidency of First National Bank of Pasco ended in August 2026, after a change of control. The work was stabilization and modernization. I am not a current bank chief executive.

28 branches. Interim chief financial officer for more than six months. Efficiency from the high 90s to the low 60s. Assets from about $650 million to about $810 million.
FIS
About an $8 billion profit and loss. About 200 million accounts. Payments net revenue of about $358 million, grown from about two people.
TD Bank
The only U.S. executive spanning the bank and Global Transaction Banking. About 3,600 people. Payments and custody of about $4 trillion a year.

At TD, 24 MRAs, 2 MRIAs, and 14 failed audits closed. At Axiom, legacy exam findings closed.
